Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. She came back in 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card to get her college degree. In October 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. Summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine as well as bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
